Split a bill by assigning individual items to specific people. Tax and tip are distributed proportionally based on each person's share.

How is tax and tip distributed?

Tax and tip are split proportionally. If someone's items total 40% of the subtotal, they pay 40% of the tax and tip.

Can I split a single item between people?

Currently each item is assigned to one person. For shared items, split them into separate entries (e.g., "Appetizer - half" for two people).
